Not sure how it works for you, but I just pressed the spinning arrows in the corner and it updated without doing anything. Probably the easiest plugin to update that I have.Funky40 wrote: Tue Oct 15, 2024 4:31 pm updates are welcome ! Thanks !

but: uhhm, dealing with hundreds of plugins, your update process is nolonger anything up to how it should be at the end of 2024 !
the future for many of us will be to avoid any plugins that make live harder than has to be. I´d give "the weight of a streamlined update process" some consideration. Thanks

There was a bug in this first version that we just fixed. Please download the installer again from the website (download demo button) and re-scan the plugin if necessary:Rickskii wrote: Tue Oct 15, 2024 4:18 pmHi there, thanks for the new version. However, pressing the side chain crashes Ableton.wavesfactory wrote: Tue Oct 15, 2024 2:31 pm Hi guys!
Version 1.0.2 of Equalizer with major improvements and new long-waited features:
- Sidechain functionality.
- HQ mode, with "offline only" option. You can select it from the burger menu.
- Flat phase response (removed the DC offset protection).
- The label values stay on display after you type them in, as requested by a user on this thread.
As always, the update is free and can be done via the plugin itself clicking on the spinning update icon.
Any comments appreciated!

Hello. Does it's still good? So many alternatives right now, like Bloom or Teote?
I am thinking to buy tone shaper plugin.. so, interesting your thoughts

I still think Equalizer is good -- but I have mostly been using Waves Curve Equator. It's in my default mastering template, and it usually works very well for me.Alexander_D wrote: Wed Sep 03, 2025 7:00 am Hello. Does it's still good? So many alternatives right now, like Bloom or Teote?

On rare occasions I will try substituting Wavesfactory Equalizer or TEOTE in that slot, but it's even more rare that I prefer one of those.

I use "Equalizer" on my "live-play" patches. That´s single instrument patches for -creative- live-performance usages. I like it alots vs. that usecase scenario.
Quick and easy handling, as one would wish. No latency and iirc slim on the CPU.
On single sounds, especially hand played synthetic sounds, expressivly played, it does not just add some balancing, it adds also some "vividisation" to it. I probably use it more for that.
