There's a small bug / annoyance with the Filter section of apShaper:
1. Set the filter type to Modern - the 3 frequency bands are all set to 5 by default, which equates to a flat frequency curve. >5 is a boost, <5 is a cut.
2. If you want to reset a band to default after making tweaks, Option + click the band. You expect it to be set to 5, but instead it gets set to 0, which is a maximum cut. Option + click should get you back to default / flat, which is 5.

thanks for reporting. I am working on an update right now and this is a very easy fix to add. I hope to get it released the next two weeks.
