Also this should probably not be listed under "KVR Newer" because even with leading zeros it's the same version:

The algorithm is making a best guess to compare 1.21 as 1.2.1, which is lower than 1.3.0. In this case I believe it's correct.
The latest version of Chop Suey in Tracktion Download Manager (on macOS and Windows) for me is 1.3 (.0 if you install the AU). Yours shows 1.21 as the latest available. Which seems odd. One of our Tracktion Download Managers is confused!

Sonnox version numbers can be challenging. It should now account for this comparison.

Thanks, I clicked on "Reinstall" in the Tracktion Download Manager and it installed 1.3.0 although 1.21 was listed as the latest version. Weird. My guess is that their own version parsing got confused because someone left out a dot.
