Tracktion refuses to address problems they have drawing the Captain Chords Epic 7.0 plugins. The plugins work but do not draw properly. I have been asking about this for years but Tracktion refuses to address the issue.

I can confirm the Captain plugins cannot be resized and the plugin contents appear unattached from the window frame. In other words when you resize the plugin window all this does is add more or less blank space around the actual plugin.

This doesn't sound like a Tracktion issue, but more an issue with the plugin's developer not using scalable graphics. I don't have these plugins to test either way, but every time a problem like this happens, it's the plugin, not the DAW.

A screen shot of the plugin window would be most helpful.
Sometimes VST2 and VST3 Version do behave different.

In case it helps anyone here's what I see on the W11, WF13 Pro, Captain Chords 7 VST3. There is a black gap between the bottom and right of the plugin and the window edges. The plugin itself cannot be re-sized despite there being a control on the bottom-right to do so.

Is DPI awareness enabled?

Toggling DPI awareness doesn't fix this. Problem exists with it enabled or disabled.

For me the ui scaling works fine but the first notes I add are somewhere under the left side keyboard. They are completely off the grid compared to the velocities at the bottom, which after the latest upgrade are drawn somewhere on beat 1.3. At least the velocities used to align with beat one before.

Same happens with FL studio so I think these are plugin issues, not wf. CPT Epic has gone more and more buggy by time. Pilot plugins and old captain plugins don't seem to screw up the timeline. I have reported this to mixedinkey but they don't seem to care too much about it. I even did a clean install on Catalina and it's still the same. A real bummer.
