Well, for a different take on this, look to the (supposedly authoritative) Oxford Languages dictionary, which provides the following example sentence:

They had other freebies at SoundToys that I'm not big on that passed already. I own the whole bundle. Crystallizer, EchoBoy & FilterFreak1 & 2 are good quality also. I just discovered how hardware quality the d16 effects are & plan to use some of theirs some soon. Fazertan 2, Godfazer, etc. I like EchoBoy more than the d16 echo for the most part but I recommend the SoundToys & d16 phasers.

Over the years I've gotten free extra licenses for Sie Q, Alterboy and Echoboy Jr. Kinda fun to have some extra activations to sit on comps as live use computers or work comps or whatever without affecting my activations on my home machines. It's not the most hifi phaser I have or my favorite - but it is really nice sounding in tone imo.

I've spent a good bit of time on this today, and it's a truly amazing phaser.
Especially if you start digging into things. The in depth video is worth watching if you're planning on getting adventurous. Stereo control is very fun too.
