Zebralette 3 Mseg guide curves

I would like to discuss what is the use of three guide curves in the mseg. As there are no menus available for the curves one has to question, why are there curves and what is the purpose of those three curves ? There's no reference in the manual other than : the mseg has its own set of guide curves, that's all I could find in the manual.

Guide Curves are used to operate on ordinary Curves, performing actions such as cutting, scaling, bending or partially overwriting them. The oscillators have uses beyond editing for them, and I would not rule out the possibility that MSEGs might offer such additional options for them, too.
