FWIW, it was free for a while last year and free with purchase earlier this year at Plugin Boutique, so you should be able to find a second hand license pretty cheap.

When Boz released Imperial Delay it was a running joke at the time, as the release price was something ludicrous. Hundreds of dollars. He copped a lot of flack for it and shit went a bit sideways. The joke was only Elton could afford such a delay.
