Contract 6.3 Look at the contract Section 5(f) Reserve. They say they can hold back funds if they believe that it might be necessary to cover chargebacks and other fees. The length of time they can hold back funds is ".. for a reasonable time as determined by our sole discretion".

So they can hold back any amounts for any length of time. That's in contract 6.3 but likely similar wording exists in previous contracts.
What about those of us who rejected the new contract & asked to close our a/c?
As I said, the wording exists in previous contracts. In contract 6.1 it's section 5(e) But still the same wording.

Same here. We already did Due Dilligence in June and it was confirmed by them. Why again?

I know right? It's either a delay tactic, or they have no idea what they're doing - a collective dementia.
While writing I got a reply from my question why KYC again? - it took them 10 minutes to reply:

They said,
'Thank you for completing your DocuSign/KYC .
We have now reached out to our Compliance Team to complete the review for the provided details. We should have an update with you soon'

Which wasn't my question at all. f**king AI bollocks :roll:

I submitted all the KYC data to them a few months ago and had an email saying that it was being passed to the review team.

But the review team has likely been layed off. They have all the data from us but there's nobody there actually looking at the KYC data we send in.

After a period of time the computer wonders why the review hasn't been completed so sends out a reminder. The computer is assuming it's our fault that the review hasn't completed. When in fact it's DR's fault.

There's nobody there. Computer is just running in auto mode sending out reminders.

I've replied to that email address. I have not had any auto reply from that address. (yet)

Yeah, I got the same thing. The reply also states I should open up a DR case, and the loop continues. I presume, if they do pay up, then they'll charge me for this crappy AI support creation! :dog:

Maybe you still must do an autopsy to finish the KYC process - maybe there's a secret transmitter in your body sending spy data to China. And you must give them free access to all your bank accounts.

Well there’s no solid communication between DR and whoever is left at MC. That much is clear.

DR is playing games with the developers. We completed the KYC Sep and Oct. Today, we received another request for KYC. Clearly, Aug payment is not paid!

By the way, the KYC takes at least 3 weeks to be completed via service now. They have the reason for another month delay. Not to mention the additional charge, lol

Maybe they want to generate thousands of support hours à $185.
We should request for a KYC for the Digital River board members since they are suspected to be part of the mafia

Just noticed from my latest credit card statement that CrashPlan (backup service in the US) has changed payment processor from Digital River to Paddle.
