Maybe you still must do an autopsy to finish the KYC process - maybe there's a secret transmitter in your body sending spy data to China. And you must give them free access to all your bank accounts.

DR is playing games with the developers. We completed the KYC Sep and Oct. Today, we received another request for KYC. Clearly, Aug payment is not paid!

By the way, the KYC takes at least 3 weeks to be completed via service now. They have the reason for another month delay. Not to mention the additional charge, lol

We should request for a KYC for the Digital River board members since they are suspected to be part of the mafia

Just noticed from my latest credit card statement that CrashPlan (backup service in the US) has changed payment processor from Digital River to Paddle.

I got a new case, asking to return July payment as it was issued in error. Of course it was issued in error, but we already have filled "notice of termination and proposal for mutual settlement" and I'm asking them to continue with that and we'll return the correct amount once claims from both sides are balanced.

Yes, refunded almost all since 1st July. I also created a case asking them to not send payments, and yet they did few days after.

also no payment since July.
On 2024-09-16 DR sent me an email with new conditions (platform fee, support 185/h etc).
According to my core contract from the mid 2000, they have to inform me 60 days prior the chages take place, so the changes should take place from the 2024-11-16, not a month earlier.

We shall have the right to change our Margin, Commission or Fees payable by you under this Agreement, by giving sixty (60) days prior notice by email of such change to you. In the event we increase the Margin, Commission or Fees payable by you, your sole and exclusive remedy for such change shall be the right to terminate this Agreement effective as of the day the increase shall take effect.

On 2024-11-07 I've sent a paper payment reminder (Einschreiben) to the german DR GmbH,

since this address is on the last payment bill,

saying also that I quit the contract beginning with the 2024-11-16. Unfortunately the letter is still on the way, according to the status of the Deutsche Post.

On 2024-09-17 DR sent me an "important" information concerning filling out the "due diligence form", otherwise my account will be deactivated on 2024-12-31.

The deadline for submitting this information is December 31, 2024. We urge you to complete this process as soon as possible to avoid any disruption to your service. Note that failure to provide the requested information will result in your account's deactivation.

Deactivating the account with the end of the year 2024 is transparent and OK, since the information about it comes over 60 days earlier.

On 2024-09-24 another reminder saying:

Important: If you do not complete the KYC process, payments will be withheld until we receive the necessary documentation.

My question to the support "What is a legal basis for freezing the payments, if the due diligence form is missing" was not answered.

Freezing payments, due to failing an internal audit, is an unilateral changing of the contract.

If my snake latter comes back, I'll go to the police. DR GmbH do not pay, they answer neither the phone nor the email, their company address is invalid. They disappeared with my money.

It seems that DR has successfully gaslighted vendors with "lottery" of payments, since there were many promises to go to court, police, etc, but so far no results. And no money.

That date December 31, 2024, the cut-off date on the KYC email is the same for many people posting here (it is the same for me). KYC is part of the smokescreen to make us think "DR is not paying me. It must be because I have not done KYC."

How can DR use missing KYC as a reason for withholding payments now (November 2024) when they have given us until the end of December 2024 to fill in the stupid form?
I guess the answer in reality is...
"We owe you money."
"We are not paying you."
"What are you going to do about it? (ha ha ha)!"

My feeling about KYC is it would be madness to trust these people with digital images of my identity documents.

Yes, we received payment for July, but no notification nor payment for August. Instead of that, we got our 2nd KYC of the year
