Tracktion Download Manager does not show products we purchased!

Tracktion Download Manager does not show products we purchased.
We run Waveform Free with purchased add-ons. They are visible on our account on
the website, but not in the Download Manager. Despite reinstallation, we don't see the products.
It shows a couple including Waveform Free, but not all. The products can only be
installed via the manager. Have contacted Support, but despite a reminder, we
haven't heard back in a week.

And in the daw itself, on the license page in the settings window, do you have the add-ons you purchased? or is it the same as in the usual free one, only waveform free is marked in green?
