Pianoverse MAX for 99 seems like a decent deal. Can we get some kind of confirmation that it won't be part of the Total Studio Max 5?

With IK, if it's on blowout sale, you can pretty much guarantee it will be in the next version of TS.

Then a few weeks later they release something else in the series so that Max ain't Max anymore and the cycle begins anew.

I'll bet in his time, if Rembrandt saw paint brushes that he might use in the future, being sold cheaply; he'd buy them. An artist has an open mind as at what may come

Yeah I got it earlier in the day. They must have had a limited quantity or something. If it's any consolation I installed it and IMHO it is worthless. Terrible GUI, and the effects are bland nothing to write home about. I regret wasting my time downloading and installing it. Uninstalling tonight.

Yeah maybe I'll give it another try tomorrow when I have more time, but my first impression was that it was a mess of a GUI and the effects I tried out were not doing anything for me. I have things like Shaperbox and Arturia EFX Motions and find those really useful so maybe I was expecting something different than what it offers. Also I'm using it as a plugin in my DAW and not with an MPC so maybe it's geared more towards MPC users. I probably shouldn't have spouted off so harshly because it might be something useful for other people, so yeah ignore what I said and try it for yourself, it might be a me problem.

Yes, Luna is my go-to now. The MIDI is terrible so I load Maschine into it and do MIDI there. IMO, it’s worth it for the sound, mixes come together so fast.

I like this idea. For a while I had been vaguely wondering what people do when they like almost everything about a DAW except its piano roll/midi sequencer.
