Can you assign more than one function to a knob in Maize sampler ?

Hi everyone,
I've recently downloaded maize and started making my first vst ever. Does anyone know if you can assign multiple functions to a single knob or button ? Keep in mind I am a newbie and I don't know anything about coding or scripting.
