Bought a new soft Clipper plugin on the deals this morning.
Got receipt for the purchase and signed into my InMusic account and nothing is there.
Installed soft clipper app
Scanned plugins again in MPC software and still nothing
Getting error when trying to activate stating  -Error retrieving details.
Setup trial and uninstalled once more - installed and exactly the same outcome.

I work in tech for 10yrs.
I've deleted MPC software
deleted all components /vsts for soft clipper
deleted InMusic app
checked update for machine
checked iLok account
checked automatic time and date was on as per there troubleshooting steps
And not one thing has fixed the issue

I have no software blocking anything installed

I am at the point of reversing a payment on my card and moving platforms as this useless support from a company that advertises multiple emails to my inbox.

Never again will I buy anything from this place

I checked the ticket today and apparently there is some woman looking after it. 7hrs and no response for a customer that has bought something that is defective to cannot be installed

Getting error every time that "Error Retrieving user details"

I've only ever had one account and it was purchased using this account
