Last year they did 50% off flash sales on selected effects in late November and early December, then one big sale in December, each effect 50% off. Have they been doing that every year?

Duy Vinyl is $19, pretty interesting.

I didn't find that much information on Duy though, they seem to be an older company. I'd assume that some people probably used their stuff, so does someone know anything about them?

Yeah, they've been around for a minute, and back when most snapins were paid, they were the most expensive.

If you search around a bit, you can find presets/effects chains for other plugins that attempt to emulate them.

The interesting thing to me is the single price to upgrade everything from Live 7-11 to Live 12. Is this a standard package by Ableton?

i.e I currently have 11, but didn't see much compelling to me in 12 so was planning on leaving it till 13, however I expected that when the time comes I'd probably pay more than someone upgrading from 12. Or do they regularly do a single pricing like this?

Yep. Suite 11 to Suite 12 costs $220 for me (about 208.32 euros right now) on Ableton’s website.
