Did they fill out the KYC for you?
I had to fill out all the information via a docusign link. They asked for the account verification on 17 sep, 24 sep, 15 oct and 13 nov. I did this on 30 sep and 31 oct. On 9 nov I received confirmation that the KYC was completed and payout hold was removed.
I was using their services since 2008 but I never filled out a KYC nor did they ask for it until a few months ago.

I have not received the july or august payment. I sent them a demand letter with a payment deadline but got no response on that.

Yes - 0.3 hours worked = $55.55.
The only people who earn money by doing mistakes....

So far they charged around $500 for all the tickets opened because of THEIR mistakes

Over the past couple days I have been contacted by Claire Yere at DR to get my KYC docs looked at. I originally sent them in September, and sent them again this week. Perhaps we will get paid now as the last payment as in July.

No. We need to change the payment bank and company address. DR support team will edit the information from the control panel based on the KYC document we filled up via docsign.

I received an email from DR stating they will close my account and unless i finish up the Dilligence procedure, they will hold the funds ( they hold them already since July...):

In my case,I didn't refund my customers,I just canceled all the active subscriptions,and moved to another payment platform(still waiting for some customers to re-subscribe)!
I;m a bot hestitant to give any agan tot hem, and also each communication with them will mean charging money for the "support".
What did you if you were in the same situation?

3 months without official voice, we even don't know if the company (ShareIt) still exists, i'm in the situation where i don't know if i ask my lawyer to start a procedure or not.

Just to note that although I can still login to MyCommerce, the icon button that linked to the "Solution Center" has now disappeared.

I can still visit the "Solution Center" where it is clear they have still not read or dealt with my "case", i.e., they have not paid me for Sep and Oct, nor have they closed my a/c all of which I requested (on 24 Oct, 25 Oct, 1 Nov, 4 Nov, 12 Nov). (I was paid for July & August as noted in an earlier post.)

Does anyone know where I can open a new Solution Center account? I didn't create an account during the last weeks, but as I cannot reach anyone via email anymore, I wanted to create an account now. But as uk_drmc_customer mentioned, they removed the link from their old Control Panel. And https://solutioncenter.digitalriver.com/csm only accepts existing accounts.
What a mess.

PS: No payments for July, August, etc. And I also received the mail that I need to send in KYC data (which I already did in August).

Late comment, but I had to note on that one.

Yes, they state in 5f: „Digital River may determine to exceptionally holdback some or all of the money....Digital River's statements or other communication will note how much Digital River is holding back.... Digital River will keep any held-back amounts only for a reasonable time as determined in our sole discretion“

But they state in 6c "Effect of Termination": "For a period of two (2) months following the expiration or termination of this Agreement, Digital River shall provide access to reporting through the Administration Interface and shall continue to provide returns processing as set forth in the Agreement."
There will not be any refunds after 60 days any more!
So they have to pay you after 2 months!

It's not about refunds but possible chargebacks. When you have a running account earning money constantly they can subtract a chargeback related to a past order from the current balance. If there's no income anymore they can't. So they hold the money as buffer.

Does any one has experiences with BMT Micro? This is an old company. But I search in this post and found nobody mention it.

I also search on Trust pilot but find it has no reviews.

I then search on Google but cannot find its Google ratings.

The only positive review is on Reddit saying "BMT Micro is safe to use despite its website's 90's aesthetic. They have good customer service too: they are good about refunding orders and have systems to prevent accidental double orders."

Hi,

I've been following this discussion for a while.

I have not received any payment from sales since July too. In mid-August I had already requested the July payment for the first time, thinking that the 60 days only applied from the sales of the month of August. Support informed me that I will be paid on September 30th.

On September 17, I received the KYC request. I responded the same day and signed the document the same day. At the beginning of October, seeing nothing arrive on my bank account, I opened a new call and was told that I had not responded to the KYC. After several discussions which lasted almost 2 weeks, I received a response that everything was OK and that the blockage on the payment of funds was released.

At the beginning of November, still no transfer. My support ticket is on "Hold". There are regular messages apologizing for the delay and that the problem was ongoing. They are clearly playing for time.

Faced with this general failure, I refunded all sales and set up new payment by Stripe on my Website, which has the merit of being much cheaper with payment every week.

A week ago, I requested that my account be closed. I just got a response that the topic was in support. Now, on the MyCommerce dashboard, I see a message saying that I need to complete my registration to start selling. I hope this means that I will no longer pay for the subscription (that's what I asked for when I requested to close my account)

At this stage I managed to recover 60% of the turnover not paid by MyCommerce. The costs being lower (by far), I even gain on the margin on each sale.

I expect to have an invoice from MyCommerce for the amounts refunded but from which I should subtract the unpaid sales amounts. So I would only owe them the commission on the sales. They will wait a while before I pay them.

Finally, thanks to this problem, I looked for another payment method and finally chose Stripe. Very cheaper and easy to configure, with very precise monitoring and above all flexible payment. I chose a weekly payment to prevent such an adventure from happening again in the future. There is also a mobile app to monitor sales in real time. Too great. MyCommerce is an IT dinosaur in comparison.

I don't think I'm doing too badly. Fortunately, MyCommerce was not the only payment method on my website, I also offered direct payment on Paypal but that only represented 30% of payments. I was able to deactivate MyCommerce payment at the beginning of November and leave Paypal only long enough to set up Stripe.

Now I still have to recover 40% of sales from refunded customers. The first 60 percent was quickly recovered, now it's taking longer. Fortunately I have a license server on which I can deactivate refunded licenses and thus force customers to place a new order if they use our software.
