Last year in November I contacted DR to change my payout account. They requested KYC. It took weeks and months. In the meantime my payouts was on hold. I decided to search for another payment provider (BMT Micro). After more than 3 months DR finally finished my KYC. Since this time I offered two payment provider to my customers. This is the reason why my loss with DR isn't big. BMT Micro wants 9.5% and they charge $35 for wire transfer. But the KYC is minimal and you write with real people and they offer modern popup checkout, which I can recommend.
Does BMT Micro handle VAT? So is it a Merchant of Record?7tltd wrote: Mon Nov 25, 2024 4:10 amLast year in November I contacted DR to change my payout account. They requested KYC. Yes, of course. For 9.5% you can expect that.sft234 wrote: Mon Nov 25, 2024 6:34 amDoes BMT Micro handle VAT? Stripe is not a MoR, it doesn't handle the countries tax(es), that can't work for a majority of small vendors which have to handle taxes.marc5974 wrote: Sat Nov 23, 2024 5:10 pm Faced with this general failure, I refunded all sales and set up new payment by Stripe on my Website, which has the merit of being much cheaper with payment every week.

In the latest credit note, from 1-Nov-2024 there is the following footer:Please, let somebody (maybe from Germany) list the exact title and address of the Cologne court responsible for handling disputes with DR.
Maybe because if they do not pay at all, someone could say - the do not want to pay. It would be criminal intence. If they pay in any way, they can hide behind their internal KYC policy, AI engine, or similar stuff. And why did they pay only some of their publishers?
We "promised" them in a written letter (that they confirmed to receive it), to go to court if they don't pay July + August by 30-Nov.What do you need the court for?
It took 3 months. They finished KYC when they realised that I didn't forwarded any customers to them. Got payment with the next turn. But it was 10 months ago. Now they request KYC only to bully there vendors. But some people seems to have a masochistic predisposition.ccw wrote: Tue Nov 26, 2024 4:05 amThank you very much for sharing this.7tltd wrote: Mon Nov 25, 2024 4:10 am Last year in November I contacted DR to change my payout account. As for KYC in DR, have you received the payments after that? If yes, how long it takes? I just redone KYC on DR and their compliance department has approved it.
