I got an E mail this morning
Black Friday deal: Waveform $49 upgrade
So I went to the web site but there was nothing other than the up to 65% deal showing. I was looking for a "upgrade" price. Add the question = is this an Upgrade offer for people using the Free version?? This is not clear.
A pop up told me I should install the Tracktion download manager so I did. According to that Waveform Pro was already installed and yes checking in the Licencing tab I see I have a demo and it is good for 4 more weeks.
I will gladly pay the $49 bucks right now even though at this point I'm not sure I will move from Cakewalk to Waveform. But If I try and purchase it it still says it's $99 in the shopping cart.

Nevermind, I finally saw this very tiny tab at the top that switched the price to upgrades. So wow, what a deal. A fully featured Daw for $49! That was easy. I see when I open the licencing tab now it says "Unlocked" Good 'ol Black Friday deals.

Do I understand correctly that the free and/or 30 day demo version is eligible to upgrade to T13 Pro for $49?johnvere wrote: Sun Dec 01, 2024 7:26 pm when I open the licencing tab now it says "Unlocked" Good 'ol Black Friday deals.

Can confirm.
I got an email saying I was eligible for a $49 upgrade to Pro, even though the latest version I own is WF9. Decided to give it a shot and it worked. I now have Waveform 13 Pro unlocked. Of course WF14 is probably right around the corner. 13 seems like a solid release, though. Should keep me busy for a while.
