What is up with Synthmaster 3 - Never have I uninstalled anything faster...

Today after probably 9 months since I had any KV331 product on my DAW - I decide to check out my KV331 acct and I see that I qualify for a free V3 upgrade. Excellent.

I download the latest build (from yesterday in fact), install, get my license installed and it looks good.

Except there is no standalone version anywhere. No biggie I say.

Then I load the VST3 into Studio One and after waiting what felt like about 5-7 minutes for all my expansions to load-in - I go to the Browser, highlight a preset from one of my libraries, LEFT click on it, the name of that preset appears in the top center panel - looking like it's ready and loaded - but the default is still there when I press a key on my S-61 MKII.

I try again. Different browser preset. I left click. Double click. Right click and choose Load into Layer 1 - in all cases the name of the preset I selected - IS listed as being loaded - yet the default preset is still banging away.

Then I clear everything by loading the Initial preset. Ah! Finally a boring buzz tone. Maybe this will allow me to move forward? No. No matter what I do in the Browser amongst my thousands of expansion presets - I cannot get a single one to load.

Had to hit uninstall and move on.

Now - this thing is in Production - correct. No more Beta?

I am at a loss here - either I really need to be schooled on how to load a basic preset - or something else is really off here. I remember fondly using v2.9 with no need for heavy training whatsoever.

Appreciate any info from the field.

Make sure you're using the latest version.

I have lost count how many times I have continuously reported different problems with Synthmaster 2 on iOS in this forum and also using the Contact Us in SM2 settings, I always get the same answer……nothing!
If they can’t fix previous versions of their software, there is no way I would buy future products from them!
