Fine here. It automagically redirects to https://www.xils-lab.com/store/. Maybe try that. Perhaps it's not redirecting in some cases.

I'm running sequoia on apple silicon and it works fine in safari. What IP do you get if you ping xils-lab.com in terminal? I get 188.165.60.175

ok sorry, it must have been a particular VPN server, i had to disconnect and reconnect a few times until i got a different IP and now i can load the page.
