Still no. Received the payment notification 18 hours ago, money not credited yet either via bank transfer (HK) or payoneer (US account).

We checked the past payment records and based on that, the money should be in our account at the time I write this reply.

All just smokescreens. Who knows where the money was transferred, to the Cayman Islands perhaps...and we received an email from the thief :-)

I just got email from "MyCommerce"

"Order No. **** for "1 year renewal subscription for updates FastReport .NET Professional Edition Single License",**** ***** [ORD]"

As I wrote before - we did not agree and we did not sign new MSA 6.3. and 6.4 (and we sent this notification to support center)
We disabled all the sales and products in DR service.
When they stopped payments we made refunds to our customers. And they blocked our CP.

As I understand they turned subscriptions back on!
This is pure fraud. They are going deeper and deeper.

I'm so glad that we haven't sold subscription licenses and never will, considering what this can do to customers if the payment provider becomes "corrupt."

We got the notification yesterday, but no money.
So I assume the script just run automatically as each month.

And as far as there was a bit of money on the bank account, someone got money.
But our transfer probably failed on insufficient funds.

just received a new payment report for October. Which includes the zip files with the excel files for individual sales and the creditnote

Also received report for October (there were 2 sales, not everything yet were purged). I noticed that amount from "Carry-over from last summary" disappeared from August report, and September and October reports look like they paid out money for July and August! Nothing received, of course.

Same as you. It just feels like their automatic messaging system is working again.

They changed my login message from "Sorry your account is deactivated" to "Your access to the Control Panel has been deactivated temporarily. Despite repeated attempts, we were unable to contact you by e-mail. Please contact us, so that we can determine whether the address entered in the Control Panel is functioning properly. If you have switched e-mail addresses, please include your new address in the e-mail, and your access to the Control Panel will be reactivated immediately. We regret the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.".

I never changed e-mail address in the 20 years of so I've used shareit/mycommerce. And I checked my spam inbox and nothing from them there.

The e-mail link they provide goes a mail box that is not monitored and bounces.

They say things like "Despite repeated attempts . . . " because that's the excuse they'll use in any legal argument. They'll say it's your fault that your control panel access is blocked but you still gotta pay the platform fee and accept their next contract because it's still your fault that you can't access the control panel.
