Ran BOOM Beta 3 version 1.3.1 VST3 setup but it installed version 1.3.0 !

VST2 version installs proper 1.3.1.version...

Unfortunately, the BETA site itself does not inspire confidence:

I had to manually copy the factory presets from
C:\Program Files\Air Music Technology\Hybrid\Presets to
C:\Program Files (x86)\AIR Music Technology\Hybrid\Presets
After that the factory presets were visible.
Similar for me with Loom II.
I had to move the Loom folder from C:\ProgramData\AIR Music Technology to C:\Program Files (x86)\AIR Music Technology, then the presets would load as normal.

Site is 404 now. And Transfuser beta is crashing Pro Tools 2024.10 hard.
Yay.

I've been using the Beta 3 versions of Hybrid 3, Vacuum Pro and Loom II. No problems so far, they seem pretty solid.
Full release next?

Ok thanks a lot, I've downloaded them. :tu:
From what I can tell there seems to be no difference from the beta 3 installers.

I would love to be able to migrate my AIR licenses to my Inmusic account so I could use their software center to keep up to date with everything. Otherise it's just a guessing game some of the time.

These are the ones I bought a long time ago... All installed and working correctly on Windows 11 except Transfuser which is not running correctly... Also DB33 VST3 has problems...

The beta 3 page has been down a while now so I guess these are the proper release versions.

... of course there's random evaluation failures on Mac OS with Ableton and DP. So you get a mix of AU and VST3 if you want to use all of your old Air plugins... I'll check but I'm pretty sure these are the latest versions here.

You know, I've never been a hater of any company, I just try not to fall into such states. But with AIR, I really noticed that I'm turning into a real hater, they've disappointed me so much for the last 5 or 6 years, since I bought their plugins.

And now, for the first time, I don't want to swear, looking at what's happening, for the first time I see that AIR is trying to fix something that should have been fixed a long time ago.
Thank you! Now I'm looking forward to the update of the classic plugins with renewed enthusiasm, which I really love!

Still the same bugs and issues. Now just in VST 3 format
Strike 2 still has that midi file drag and drop issue that
Has been around for years. They take my money and say
Good luck you’re on your own

Welcome to the club.
Very good plugins, got sick of the company a while ago. Support is terrible, and they simply abandon their plugins...

Hmm? besides Loom the rest of the plugins here are really really old. It’s a predictable pattern for larger companies like Air with decades of plugins that the developer leaves, leaving simple fixes near the cost of developing a new plugin without any revenue coming in from it.

This pattern isn’t unique to Air, NI and even Arturia have abandoned plugins that it’s likely were developed by a coder who no longer works for the company. I’m glad Air are working to make these plugins work on win11 and apple silicon with vst3 but that’s about all I expect from them on it. They’ve released about 10 new plugins and FX that are mostly also working in standalone MPCs and that’s the direction I see this all heading. 10’years from now if OPx4 is not working in Mac OS Pittsburg or whatever it will work in the MPC hardware.
