In the matrix zone if you "right click" on the modulation destination there's various possibilities like oscillator and the first possible modulation is pitch and the second is pitch dpt and I would like to know what does the dpt stands for, because the results aren't the same I can't figure exactly what's the difference between dpt and not dpt.

"Dpt" is always short for "Depth" and in this case certainly for the Modulation Depth that is directly assigned to the pitch of that oscillator.
