It's Model 82 layered with Phoscyon 2. Model 82 is mainly the Sub square wave 1 octave down, with about 30% of the saw mixed in. Cutoff and resonance are about 50%, and it's being modulated by the triangle LFO set to 1 bar speed at around 60%. If you have Model 82, I can upload the patch, or you can use that description to make the sound on any SH-101 emulation.
Phoscyon 2 is set to square wave, cutoff 40%, resonance 50%, and decay at 70%, but the main thing is it's going through the Kilohearts Chorus and mixed 70% into Eventide Blackhole.

Ok awesome, a layerd approach with two differant synths is something i have not considerd to be honest. So model 82 is the sh101 emulation if i recall correctly does it have a 18db LPF or a 24db ladder type filter? model 82 nor phoscyon2 but the closest synth that i can think of that i can try your method is Uhe TyrellN6 and the free ware Tal bass sh101 emulation and maybe Uhe Ace... as well as serum with Bluesawsq receipe and preset. I will check what freeware effects i can match up.. i must just check what freeware arpeggiator/sequencer i can use for the sequence and see how i can get the filter automation going on bandlab cakewalk

It's sort of a 24dB SSM-type, so ACE or something like Axxess (which I think is currently available for free some places) might get you there. The original TAL-BassLine has an 18dB filter.
The TB-303 side can be anything. The sound is mainly the kHz Chorus and Blackhole.

This ^^. The bass notes in the original track are playing very low notes, D0 (37 Hz) and D#0 (39 Hz). The fundamental frequencies of those notes are in sub bass range. There is no need to add separate sub oscillator. And the filter cutoff resonance moves between 200 Hz and 2.2 kHz. So, it's quite a bit above the fundamental frequencies. That's why we hear the filter is not affecting the lowest frequencies.

I'd go with something like a Juno or sh101. Simple square/ saw mix with a sub. The Juno would have that chorus built in. I'd say an lfo (triangle or sine) could handle 99 percent of the filter modulation with a wee bit of vca and filter envelope to shape it some more.

Someone should put a high pass filter on a Juno chorus (modulation signal only).
