Yes and no. The cost of the payment reminder ("Mahnbescheid") is well defined and depends on the amount they owe you. So you know this in advance and can calculate it precisely. All further costs that may occur later on are unpredictable, however, since there is no way of knowing what is going to happen exactly.

Apparently, neither does DR. Or at least not one they respect, or haven't wilfully reneged upon.

But bad jokes aside (as this is certainly no laughing matter), this whole debacle is absolutely disgraceful. Those in charge of this scandal should never be allowed into any position of authority or influence over any other such-like businesses.

I cannot believe DR can be allowed to legally get away with this blatant act of daylight robbery. Surely, those individuals responsible must eventually be identified and held accountable?

Is there any way to track the appointment of the perpetrators in order to forewarn others, should they move on and ever attempt to repeat these types of financial shenanigans again at other companies in the future? Surely, people who have been badly impacted, will be keeping a close eye on their future career movements?

Also received report for October (there were 2 sales, not everything yet were purged). I noticed that amount from "Carry-over from last summary" disappeared from August report, and September and October reports look like they paid out money for July and August! Nothing received, of course.

DR debt that was above payout limit disappeared. it states now that my total balance is negative and that’s why “amount is below the payout limit defined in your contract” and won’t be paid.

We apologize for the confusion caused by our previous email. After further review, we would like to clarify that the notification you received was sent prematurely. We are still in the process of awaiting approval for your payout, and it has not yet been processed.

They think it's THEIR money - but it's US who make OUR customers pass the money to them.
They wouldn't have the money without us.

So they're thieves - nothing else. They HAVE the money since we made OUR customers give it to them.
When this money isn't there anymore to pay out they stole it.

This is not correct. Some have received money this month after the payment notification.

I received 1 payment on December 11th for my combined sales of July, August and September.

My Sales for those month at DR was low, because I was already in the progress of switching the MOR and disabled all sales links on the public websites. I only had some customers which had the DR product pages bookmarked and purchased directly.
This is why my sales with DR was low and only those 3 month aggregated are above the minimum payout amount.

My payment was below 5K. The question is what the pattern behind the payments is. Is it random? Is it some smaller amounts to create some positive news, or whatever .....?

Obviously they're stealing money and delaying time by purpose, the rare random small payouts are intended to show us a hope and calm us down, they will keep stealing until their debt is decreased to zero or negative, after that all devs will owe them money increasing month by month...

I totally get confused. In my MyCommerce control panel, their "MyCommerce Master Services Agreement" which will take effective since Jan 6, 2025 clearly states:

between Digital River GmbH, with offices at Wiesenhüttenstraße 11, 60329 Frankfurt am Main, Germany ("Digital River or "we") and you

But someone received an email saying:

We are writing to inform you of a recent update to our Master Services Agreement for MyCommerce, effective January 06, 2025.

We have changed the governing law and jurisdiction related to the Agreement.
Moving forward, this Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota in the USA.

It sounds like a weaseling move they now say "go to Minnesota court", especially if you, the customer, is in Germany or in the EU.
