Biotek 3 with Waveform Pro?

I believe Biotek 2 comes with Waveform Pro. Does anyone know if a new Waveform purchase now comes with Biotek 3? I ask because I just upgraded to pro less than a week ago.

I'm mostly grooving on WP13 Pro at the moment, but the timing did catch my eye.

I have a feeling the Biotek 2 'giveaway' was to hook up all the Pro users with an upgrade pricing for Biotek 3. Currently with the 50% off sitewide the upgrade price is $49.50. I don't see any inclusion of Biotek 3 mentioned in the Waveform Pro package at all. I could be wrong, no harm in enquiring.
