Hi, I am getting repeated crashed with BioTek 3 on Digital Performer 11.33 - BioTek 2 works fine. This is on a 2015 iMac running Monterey 12.7.6. Here's a bit of the crash report:

(Edit: this is the AU version, but I am getting the same crash with the VST3 version)

This is mine, no idea what it means. I also found an issue with 'some' granular oscillators in combination with the eq, completely blowing up the audio output. Similar to the 8 band eq bug that surfaced a while back (now fixed)
I reported that already but I couldn't be very specific. And now I see there is a content update released already today, but I haven't had time to see if it's fixed anything yet.

Biotek 3 not validating for me in Logic/Sequoia. Biotek 2 working fine.

I've had no response from BIotek's devs - Tracktion's support said they'd pass on my report to them a month ago. I wrote again a week or so ago to see if they could check on it, no response.

not surprising, unfortunately. Tracktion support is generally not very responsive.

go to their Facebook pages related to Biotek and tell people it's not working for you. Also Youtube, etc. Unfortunately you have to get their attention

Hi the apologies for not picking this up sooner. KVR is a user-support forum as we're only able to deal with support via the official support system (this lets us get some basic info about your setup and tells you how to get log files etc, it's also the only practical way to track issues).

Can I first check if you're running v3.0.7? That was released a week or so ago and has quite a few fixes, some of which may be related to what you're seeing.

Secondly, so I can chase this up, can you please let me know your ZenDesk ticket number if you have reported this issue there? Many thanks.

Hi there. Yes I am always using the most recent version. My Zendesk is 69317. I have also contacted you on your Facebook page, X and Youtube to try to get some response. As well as customer support on the website which is how I have a Zendesk number. Help would be appreciated.

Many thanks - the update has now been installed (it didn't show up last time I opened the Tracktion DL manager, but it does now...) and it appears to be working.

My ZD ticket number was 68805 - I think you can clear it now. I'll report back if there are further issues. Again, thank you.

EDIT: I wrote too soon. Same crash has just happened. Stepping through presets, suddenly it stops responding, the preset name changes but the preset does not. Impossible to correct except by force-quitting, then when I reopen, the sequence is corrupted.

Just to be clear for anyone who is interested. Biotek 3 is not validating for me in Logic.
