Midi block broken

Hello! What does "broken" mean? It's not very likely that a MIDI clip that shows nothing will crash the audio engine. It's far more likely to be an issue with a plugin, but you're not including that information. Nor are you mentioning which version of Waveform or which OS it's running on.
Things to try:
1) Settings -> Appearance -> Look and Feel -> Display scale
Try 100%
2) Settings -> Advanced -> Performance -> GUI Rendering Mode
If whatever it is causes problems, change to something else
3) Click the Zs in the MIDI Editor
It looks like you might be zoomed in too far and this will zoom out to fit the notes
