I'm REALLY disappointed by Mackie/Jules not giving any hint on what T3 will contain.
I'm not going to buy it.
I'm also never going to look at their website.
I'm telling everybody because I have nothing better to do.

The problem with work on T3 right now is the difficulty with labor laws as they relate to employing armadillos. T3 is supposed to be a fully armadillo-compliant application but (alas) it's not always legal to employ armadillos for software development.
I believe the folks at Mackie are working with Jules and the State of Texas to get an exemption so that they can hire the required 400 armadillos. Most of these will be in the testing department.
Rumor has is that if they can't work something out, T3 will switch to supporting anteaters instead.

The problem is, Mackie and Jules have exhausted the groundhog supply in the making of T2!nibbzious wrote:groundhogs are superior
Until the population recovers, there aren't enough groundhogs to handle the work, so they've been forced to look into armadillos (very hardy they are, and reliable workers) or anteaters.
Worse case, T3 may be developed by tapirs!

I'm obviously not getting the attention I wanted.
I was serious. I'm NOT buying T3. Don't try and change my mind.
Why? Of the released features so far (none), I'm finding that none of them suit me. Its being re-marketed in my opinion. I knew this would happen when Starbucks bought out Tracktion from Mackie. Tracktion has become a whore to the multi-billion-dollar-crappy-coffee-corporation and is now being used to sell Orange-Mocha Frappocinnos instead. What happened to *MY* Tracktion? Jules used to program for *ME*.

word is McDonals is buying T3 from Starbucks, and will do away with the PC version. McDonalds will also be renamed to MacDonalds... reflecting their new position in the sequecer market.. as they have their eye clearly sets on likes of Logic.
Don't they use armadillo meat in their burgers?

T9? C'mon let's focus on the present. T9 probably won't be ready until NAMM 2006.
(Note to the dude who took my post seriously. I was just kidding. I guess I should have used an emoticon to make that clear.)

Breaking News! MacDonalds to drop Tracktion after a new movie called "SuperBore Me" is released. Its about a guy that, for one whole month, continuously writes pointless speculation about forthcoming Tracktion releases. Its "bad press" for MacDonalds and they want out now!
What next for Tracktion?
