Hi,
the values are in the range 0-100. Is this range scaled to the usual 0-127 range for key velocity?

Ok, I tested this:
With Dynamic Vel off, the Seq-velocity is not scaled, so you get a max velocity of 100 (like the DX7).
With Dynamic Vel on, the Seq-Vel scales the Midi-velocity, so with Seq-Vel 100 you get the original key-velocity.
