Received a notification from my solution center case confirming the account is now closed, only 2.5 months after I opened it. Of course they will charge me again for this notification. Also they will hold the money for another 180 days. That means from July to July they will have kept my money for a full year. Congratulations DR! :clap: What a fraud.

They did not honour the agreement when you had an active account and you assume they will now honour the agreement and pay you after 180 days when you no longer have an account?

Some say that they will decrare bankruptsy on end of January since the loaned 100 millions can't be paid back. Then all money owed to us will be lost anyway.

If not, then I still hope that DR changes ownership and returns to normal conditions and behaviour again. This since the other MoRs we tried so far which also take smaller merchants technically are a clear step back from DR. Either they don't offer independent currency choice for the buyer, and if you create and send a file there's either only a temporary download link (which expires quickly, much faster than with DR), or only an attachement (which some email recipients don't accept). But not both at the same time as DR did. Also VAT handling is strange with some US MoRs. So very much hoping DR will return to normal after hopefully change of ownership, since DR has worked flawlessly for decades before this Kasoff took over and destroyed it.

Can I ask, are you sending the plug-in to the user, rather than an unlock key code?

I also have doubts that this can happen. And I am wondering on how many customers or percent of revenue they already lost with all the mess they created,
But I agree that it was one of the best platforms out there for a long time. Until end of 24 I was a very happy partner for 20+ years.

Maybe sell the platform core to someone else?
The failure of the company is crealy not because of the tech guys. It's because of the horrific management.

So it would be a pity to lose all the work clever programmers have done to build a highly reliable well featured platform.

They stole my money and refused to pay for 6 months. They refused to process my KYC documentation for months. Twice they told me that money had been transferred to my bank account and now, as an icing on the cake, they state that "as a result, we understand that you may be frustrated". This is just epic. Not expecting my money back but I do want Barry to go to jail so that he can be an example to others of his kind.

In early December I have sent another dunning letter because of the missing September payment. They have reeived the dunning letter. Then they sent a notification on December the 11th that the payment for September would have been transmitted to my bank account - but it was a lie and no money arrived. I also checked it out again yesterday.
I have been at the police and made an annoucement because of fraud.

Today, on 10-01-2025 I've received a letter from the prosecutor office of Cologne saying - the investigation was terminated because a perpetrator could not be identified.

original text:
"das Verfahren ist eingestellt worden, da ein Täter nicht ermittelt werden konnte."

The letter is from 16-12-2024, the timestamp on the envelope says - it was sent on 08-01-2025 (over 3 weeks later).
