MeldWay Grand Piano install process is broken!

I purchased your Meldway Grand Piano on the Black Friday sale and was excited to try my first Melda plugin but so far the installation process has been very disappointing. I've tried it three times, but no luck. When I get to the 37 sec mark in your install video where it says to go to MSoundFactory and paste in my serial number, there is no MSoundFacotory to be found in Live 11's VST3 or AU folders. Also nothing in Applications except for MPluginManager although the installer says the piano was downloaded and installed. I hope you can help me to find a solution. Thanks.

Welcome to the best sounding virtual grand piano instrument I've yet to hear.
You must install MSoundFactory in order to use Meldway Grand. Meldway Grand is an MSoundFactory instrument in the way that there are KONTAKT instruments. In order to use a KONTAKT instrument, you must first have KONTAKT (or in many cases, KONTAKT Player).
You do not need to purchase a license for MSoundFactory, if you install it without buying a license it will run in MSoundFactory Player mode, which will allow you to use individually purchased instruments such as Meldway Grand. MSF Player comes with two instruments, a SuperSaw synthesizer and a lighter grand piano called Monastery Grand.
FYI, a license for MSoundFactoryLE is a good buy if you are interested in other MSF instruments, because it comes with all of the ones that have been released so far, including Meldway Grand.

Hello and thanks for your reply. I am still unable to activate MeldwayGrand after following the instruction in your install video. I was able to get MSoundFactory to come up, but when I try to paste in my product key there doesn’t seem to be any field that will accept it in the License Manager.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

You need to start the DAW or Host the MSF and load the MWG piano, when you'll get it loaded, you'll see the big label on top about license, you can press it and put there the licence code from profile - see the successful popup

To use MeldwayGrand, please download (https://www.meldaproduction.com/downloads) and install both MSoundFactory and MeldwayGrand.

If you don't activate MSoundFactory with a license, it will revert to MSoundFactoryPlayer (the free version) after 15 days.

If you're using the 15-day trial of MSoundFactory, you can't activate MeldwayGrand because it's already included.
You can use it now and activate it after the trial ends, when MSoundFactory switches to the free MSoundFactoryPlayer and MeldwayGrand requires activation.
