I also dislike that verry much .Vortifex wrote: Tue Jan 21, 2025 5:51 pm The attack on the filter envelope seems slow, even at 0 it makes a womp sound instead of a fast attack. Is that the behaviour on the hardware?

In typical Gforce fashion,I'm blown away by how good this is, and it sounds better than I expected it to.
Polydata patches are included in the factory content too

But does it anything that any other basic synth with two oscillators, a fairly usable filter, and some distortion can do? The sound demos I heard (online) didn't impress me at all.Cuauhtli wrote: Tue Jan 21, 2025 5:47 pm I love what that high pass filter does. A little distortion takes it a long way.
Calculating the full euro price (after the intro) including VAT gets close to 145 euros. The Legend HZ cost 179 euros, just to put it into some perspective. Of course this doesn't matter to those that get it for free, but even buying it at intro price seems pricey for what it is.

The Legend HZ was a snooze-fest to me. Totally passed on buying that on intro after doing a demo - and wouldn't ever recommend it for list price. In other words, I don't see that synth as necessarily better than this one.crimsonwarlock wrote: Tue Jan 21, 2025 7:24 pmBut does it anything that any other basic synth with two oscillators, a fairly usable filter, and some distortion can do? The Legend HZ surely has a much bigger feature set, and that's what I was pointing at. I just took that one as an example. The BassStation has a pretty mediocre feature set in comparison. Even the X-mod functionality seems a bit of a waste in this case, as there is not that much to modulate to begin with.vitocorleone123 wrote: Tue Jan 21, 2025 8:35 pm I don't see that synth as necessarily better than this one.
Even Gforce has several plugins that have more bang for the buck. The MiniMonsta, Oddity 3, and OB-1 are the same list price as the BassStation.

Sadly not for launchkey mk3 owners or minikey owners or launchpad pro owners. I don’t know how I’m doing it, I even had the bess station from novation back then but I’m not eligible. I just don’t know what is the right gear to buy

So this isn't free if you buy Launchkey mini mk4? Was considering it.

I quite like it for all the extras, but still have the hardware rack version hooked up.
