Hi,
Please try this:
Open Windows Defender Security Center
Go to Virus & threat protection - Virus & threat protection settings
Scroll down to Controlled folder access
Temporarily turn off Controlled Access
Then try running the installer and see if it completes.
You can turn it back on after installation.
If needed add an exclusion for the data folder location, as Sylenth1 will need to be able to access it.
