mini note not playing in Logic Pro using Repro 1

Hi all
I've created some midi notes in Logic Pro using Repro 1. Everything is fine apart from I cant hear one particular note during playback. If I click on the note in the piano roll, I can hear it, but it doesn't sound during playback. It's the last note highlighted in the piano roll in the photo.

I've figured it out, it was the keyboard amount dial , which needed turning up.
