Vector synthesis! :hyper:

And you KNOW people are gonna want that TexureVerb as a standalone plugin.

Awesome workflow concepts and additions. Absolutely next generation also in UX. Very nicely done.

Wow wow wow!! The workflow looks awesome! Well done for putting a lot of effort on that part.

This looks like an absolute beast of a synth!

Question: Does the awesome new Pitch1/2/3/4 page allow us to also manipulate how voice stealing works? I recently fell in love with the voice stealing system used in Steinberg Halion where you can force the voice stealing to never steal lowest notes (number of lowest notes being user selectable). This would make voice stealing presets much nicer to play when you always have the root key in the bass.

I feel very embarrassed for interrupting Urs’ conversation with Richard Devine but I was grateful for the hug!

I hope I have some time to stop by the booth for a proper demo tomorrow!

Hehehe, please try Hive for voice stealing. Set to 4 voices, hold a chord with left hand, havk away with right hand. I hope to transfer this logic to Zeebs as well. Possibly add options.

(Lowest note protection was brought up as well, I will give it a try)

I appreciate this brilliant idea so much.

My least favourite thing about synthesizers are mod matrices. I prefer having modulation targets directly next to modulators like in Sylenth1 or virtual cables like in Ace/Bazille.

Urs thank you for a very nice explanation for the concepts sofar in Zebra 3, Much appreciated and thank you for not being afraid to correct Nick on some optimistic conclusions in the video.

I really appreciate your truthfulness and honesty 100%.

I wish you could come to South Africa so that I could spoil you with a Beer and a Lekker Braai (BBQ for those American and British Kvrers out there!!) So nice to see your jolly personality yet scientific correct answers and no bs***ing

Kind Regards from South Africa

The only request i really have is to include a steiner parker filter module and to include the Filter types that you have in hive aswell, oh yes and to be able to use Zeb3 as ext plugin with a filterbank polyresonance frequency type module vocoderish thing..

Urs is still such a nice person, after all these years of being on KvR. 8)

Zebra 3 looks amazing, can't wait. The workflow improvements are fantastic. Should be easy to make crazy and organic patches in no time. I just hope the team will find the right balance between complexity and depth, but this looks very promising indeed. :tu:

The best news. Looking forward to that email saying; Time to download Zebra3. I’ll need to take some time off for sure!

@urs do you still plan on eventually releasing some form of Zebrify 3.0?

We won't be able to do think about this initially.

My hope is that we can finally add audio input to our synth plug-ins, and that doing so will reduce any necessity for a separate fx plug-ins.

This was the most exciting announcement at NAMM this year. Sounds amazing and really looking forward to it.

Looks like the effects parameters can't be modulated, right?
