What to check if plugin doesn't produce any sound

While Phase Plant produces sound, TAL-Sampler doesn't. Is there any specific Architect setting / config I should check or is this a TAL issue?

I do remember a problem with TAL products before, something to do with the audio routing and/or IO config. I recall it being something that could be fixed by changing the plug-ins IO routing in Architect. Could you send me (a basic) project, and I'll see if I can work out what setting needs to be changed.
