I'm new to Traction (special thanks to TapeOp magazine to referring me to the site) and I've some questions:
a) Is it true that I cannot solo more than one track at a time? Ack! Please say it isn't so.
b) If I mute the output of a track, I notice that the entire chain of effects/sends is also muted. That is not intuitive behavior (to me, at least) since the mute button is the last item in the effects chain. Is there a way to mute the output of a track and still send signal to effects, say, to a rack that has playback on another track?
And - overall, I like the general feel of the software, having dealt with the dreaded pop-up windows in other apps. I am in-between pro-audio applications at the moment (I have been making-do with Acid 4 for the time being) and like what I see in Traction for the most part.
Thx.
Eric

mute and solo behaviour is a little confusing in Tracktion, and there are a few bugs to boot. I'm hoping this'll all be dealt with in T2.
