These seem to simply be missing from the KVR database, which should be easy enough to fix.

I managed to find LC2n on their site but it won't even load on W10 (for me).

I've noticed in recent days a few plugins I listed as not being found have been added (Modern Music Solutions S-Drive and Savant Audio Labs Quantum Room Simulator.)

But the 5 TC Electronic guitar pedal plugins are still missing from the database and come up "Not Found" in KSM.

This is really a great piece of software, starting it up at the start of each studio day has become some sort of ritual here. Much appreciated. Having over multiple hundreds of plugins over here and this is such a gem and time-saver.
I saw the list of not found plugs shrink to almost zero now. TC was a big part of that.

The TC plugins? Are they activated with iLok? If not they will fail (VST3). AUs should still scan OK though.

Yes they are all VST3, and all activate with iLok machine-based authorisation. The message is "file failed to scan".

What is your scan timeout set to?

Options > Settings > Scan timeout
