https://github.com/robbert-vdh/nih-plug ... /crossover
A 2-5 bands splitter to send to other channels in the DAW.
It got two modes, the LR24 mode is not phase neutral but got no lateny.
LP24 mode does null down to -147dB and gives me 3072 spls latency and 0% CPU use (AMD 5700X) in Reaper 6.
As a reference, compared to iZotope Ozone 8 Imager that does give me 768 spls latency and 0.2% CPU usage

I'll say the free Ozone one is exactly the one in the software and it's very good.

Great. Is your ozone imager linear phase?Kr3eM wrote: Mon Jan 27, 2025 4:35 pm https://github.com/robbert-vdh/nih-plug ... /crossover

It nulls so I would assume so... but then I remembered https://www.meldaproduction.com/MSpectralPan but have not yet been able to test that, however it should be possible that it could work to reduce specific stereo frequencies.

or you can take a track and use hi low pass cutoffs and then copy same track to more tracks with diff cutoffs and pan

Another one that can be had for free (with patience) and does not mess with mono compatibility (not too much anyways) is Spread by DJ Swivel:

Or just do it for FREE, with the excellent Waves StudioRack, with the also free Wider from Polyverse & Infected Mushroom.
I've said it before on this forum, StudioRack is excellent for creating unique plugin chains.
Ignore the online presets stuff with the Waves plugins you do not own, ignore the people moaning nonsense about Waves.
This is a top quality freebie for creating custom delays, parallel drum saturation multibands, etc..

I am on Win 10 on PC so no idea about AU, I only knows it does load VST3 but not VST2.Morty-C-137 wrote: Mon Feb 10, 2025 1:46 pmDoes it allow you to load AU's yet or just VST still?paramita123 wrote: Mon Feb 10, 2025 8:56 am Or just do it for FREE, with the excellent Waves StudioRack, with the also free Wider from Polyverse & Infected Mushroom.

For AU check the Waves website. If it does, go for it. I've created awesome chains with it, helps see your existing plugins in a new light with multiband and parallel all at once
