I did a search here but didn't find anything about this. My apologies if it's been addressed...

I would LOVE for the ARP/SEQ rate to be modulatable, basically to be able to create interesting sorts of ratchets and whatnot. I'd love to be able to have it switch between maybe 1/8 and 1/16 at random or regular intervals (depending on what's being used to modulate it, an LFO, MMAP, etc.).

If this is already possible on Zebra Legacy, please let me know.

Thanks so much.

One can do this in Hive. Unfortunately, when modulating sequencer speed, there is no way from preventing it to fall out of sync. Even absolutely sample accurate modulation will lead to audible drift quickly, and thus timing is off fast.

Is there another way to add this functionality (or something like it) in the sequencer?

I appreciate you taking the time to respond. You make great devices and it's awesome that you take the time to care about your users!

You can do what you want with some dedicated Arps/Sequencers. For example, I use the Bitwig Arpeggiator for modulating Arp Rate.
