Hi, I recently upgraded from Studio One 5 to 6 and am trying to use my Melda AutoAlign plugin, but when I open it, I only see a blank black screen window. I’ve searched for solutions but haven’t found a fix yet. I’m using a desktop Mac running macOS 10.13.6. Has anyone else experienced this or know of a possible solution? Thanks in advance!

Just checking in to bump this in case someone can help. Thanks!

Some questions to check the issue:
- do you use multiple screens or just one?
- do you have GPU acceleration enabled in plugin settings? If not, enable it and restart plugin
- which version of plugins do you use?

Hi, Sorry for late response. I haven't used my studio recently. I only use one screen. I have the GPU acceleration enabled. I tried VST. Now I notice a white noise sound comes on as if it's in demo mode. Quite frustrating as it used to work. I'm using an older iMac (Catalina 10.15.7). Studio One 6. It used to work fine. Now I'm working on some drums and need to align them. Any help would be much appreciated! The sooner the better! Thank you.

Is this the 'official' place to contact Melda Productions for this issue, or should I be reaching out to them somewhere else? Thanks!

Hey, you can reach out via contact form. But I do recommend you do log in in MPluginManager and activate your licences, to get rid of the noising. Then I see MAutoAlign is not installed, you need to select it (i.e. by clicking it ) and then click INSTALL / CHANGE button. Then it should work I hope, if not we will dig further.

Ok, thank you I will try that tonight. Cheers.

Whoa! Ok, that did the trick. When it said 'license ok' I thought that meant everything was in order, didn't know I had to install it again... Thanks for your help! Cheers!
