New: Strobos for Bazille

Hello lovely forum people!

We are thrilled to announce a new soundset for our ‘Monster of the Deep’ modular synth, Bazille!

STROBOS ️showcases Bazille’s natural talent for complex movement. The 250 presets include bass riffs, layered melodies, percussion loops - even a classic analogue drum machine clone or two!
And a wonderful group of sound designers contributed to this one!

In no particular order:

Gotta say this was one of my very favorite "off-beat" sound design jobs ever. I'd been looking for someone to kick my rump to properly learn Bazille for a long while, I just didn't expect it to be u-he themselves.

Over the course of my work on this set, Bazille gradually turned from "that one weird intimidating modular beast" into one of my absolute favorite secret weapons, and by the end I could barely stop looking for crazy new ways of coaxing new stuff out of it. If you're thinking like I did before that it was more or less a faithful recreation of what it feels like working on a mid-sized (if somewhat conservative) monophonic modular system, do yourself a favor and look a bit deeper – the clever voice system alone turns it into so much more.

Bazille is a one-of-a-kind project, it's criminally underrated. That said, fine with me as it leads to sounds that we do not hear on every production.
