David Rick is a very knowledgeable gentleman who shares his knowledge on GS forum. Fabien Schivre is Tokyo Dawn Records (TDR)'s lead developer.

I tried to demo Goodhertz plug-ins a few days ago, they get added to “Plug-ins that failed to scan” in REAPER's settings. I did everything I could to fix it. After 30 minutes I gave up.

limitlesssss is trying to avoid inaudible distortion? Am I understanding this right? Or is it just pure curiosity?

Heh, I'm the total apposite. I won't buy gear/software that I perceive as "perfect" sounding. To me that's incredibly boring to my ears. I don't think I'm alone either, what with all the software available to emulate the analog and digital imperfections from the past. Distortion in audio is a beautiful thing imo, in all it's forms.

To each their own though. :tu:

I gave an answer on a similar thread. He tries to hear the expected artifacts of fft visualization. There is no distortion!
