Wow, just received a call from Sweetwater. I'm from Montreal, Canada and french speaking so I'm not used to receive call from english speaking people so when I answered the phone at first I thought it was a scam call. Guy on the phone was super nice, asked if I correctly received my code and if I was satisfied with my purchase. He said my english is not as bad as I think it is and they're there to be sure I'm 100% satisfied and thanking me for being a customer. I said "thank YOU" for that great price!

I also said it's unusual that I receive a call after I make a purchase. He said he can leave a note if I don't want to be called again but I said it was ok, just not used to it.

Anyway, very happy with the purchase and customer service is GREAT!

Didn't know what it was. Googled and read a few pages. Don't see how it even fits. Fear of missing an opportunity - maybe.
Implying that some people you don't even know suffer from some mental disorder just for the sake of it, is not nice.

I didn't imply that anyone suffers from a mental disorder. FOMO isn't a mental disorder. I'd guess we all have it to some degree. It's the human condition.

Dude, relax. That was just a joke. To answer your initial question, this is an excellent plugin package for mixing and mastering. Perhaps one of the best on the market, used by professionals all over the world. Basically (on sale) it would cost $100 and as you saw, it is at a much lower price, effectively a bargain. If you can afford it, buy it, you won't regret it. Otherwise, everything is fine too.

From Wikipedia:

The mimetic theory of desire, an explanation of human behavior and culture, originated with the French historian, literary critic, and philosopher of social science René Girard (1923–2015). The name of the theory derives from the philosophical concept mimesis, which carries a wide range of meanings. In mimetic theory, mimesis refers to human desire, which Girard thought was not linear but the product of a mimetic process in which people imitate models who endow objects with value. Girard called this phenomenon "mimetic desire", and described mimetic desire as the foundation of his theory:

"Man is the creature who does not know what to desire, and he turns to others in order to make up his mind. We desire what others desire because we imitate their desires."

FOMO is real and certainly isn't a mental disorder. If someone is blessed enough to not have it, they are the exception, not the norm.

I'm jealous that you all care so much. I fear I'm missing something in this conversation. I guess I have fomofomo

Still doesn't seem to fit.
As I understand it, FOMO is about beeing frustrated when something interesting happens somewhere with someone else and not you.

This thing about desires is something else intirely. No matter how acurate it is.

A desire to buy something at a good price is not about that either.
Your post about FOMO looked like mocking the people who buys those plugins.
