In Waveform 13, what is the difference between the "Heal" and the "Merge" function?
The only difference I noticed is, that depending on how the clips became selected the GUI offers the command with the one name or the command with the other name:
Drawing a region offers to heal the clips being touched by the region and any gap between the clips will be fill with silence.
Selecting clips offers to merge the selected clips and any gap between the clips will be fill with silence.
The result to me it appears to be the same, working with audio clips on a track! Or didn't I observe correctly?
If I am right and it is the same for audio clips, is it also the same for works with other clip types (MIDI and STEP CLIP)?

I've never used the Heal function.
I use merge, a lot, to compile audio clips, MIDI clips, and control information, and comp tracks. It's an all-purpose function.

Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and even Deezer, whatever the hell Deezer is.
