Anyone else not receiving their payouts?

I'm waiting for two months now to receive the "monthly" payouts that should be processed "around the 1st of every month" but still nothing. I had to complain to support once to even have a sales report displayed and all my sales registered, still the sales since then do not show and nothing at all has every been payed out... I've contacted support multiple times to no avail. Why is this happening? I am dependent on my income.
