Re. Audio deluxe new site. They say that the passwords couldn't be migrated to the new site, looks like any deluxe bucks you had or purchase history past 4 years couldn't be migrated either! Hopefully it's just teething trouble like the rest of the new site which is a complete mess atm but if not, they could have at least warned us to spend any credit or back up any info. before the migration.

I've also lost all my orders but 1.

I truly can't understand what they were/are thinking. I used to have AudioDeluxe as default site to check for new plugins/deals because of layout being really easy on the eyes and it was easy to browse/sort/etc. That's why I would often buy there.

On this new site, everything is oversized and flashy and incredibly hard to browse and read, I don't even look at it anymore (so I don't buy anything there anymore either).

I am honestly puzzled as to what they were/are trying to achieve

Probably, they are trying to make it more like plugin boutique, who is probably way more successful.

I've been a customer with Audio Deluxe for years, not a big fan of the new site either, it's not a big deal really. A lot of my past purchases are listed so far but not all just yet.
Just bought UVI Mello from them with no issues.
Mello GUI is a bit blurry though, what's that all about.

Does the Pitch Innovations Rhythm Box plugin require an internet connection to work, I am asking this because the plugin keeps on reverting to its original page and prompts for an activation whenever I try to open it offline and this is after I had begun my 15-day trial a week ago?

Totally unrelated, but dude... you have got to update your site to increase the utilized width of your displayed content. The tiny size is literally half of what's available on a standard HD monitor - format currently is squeezed to hell, feels claustrophobic to navigate, and the pictures and fonts are generally really difficult to see.
