Yes. I have everything selected on the row for the given instrument. So, for instance: synth, sound, gate and pitch all selected for the given part.Sugar Bytes wrote: Tue Apr 29, 2025 3:17 pmHave you looked into the randomizer settings? It‘s the happy checkbox button.kraster wrote: Tue Apr 29, 2025 2:03 pmGreat update. I don't know if it's my imagination but it overall feels more solid.Sugar Bytes wrote: Tue Apr 29, 2025 8:10 am Dialekt 1.0.1 update has just been released. All known bugs have been fixed.
Added 2 new Genres: Nitro (166-188 bpm) and Floor (120-136 bpm).
Super Osc has been refined.
Step Delay parameter added.
Dust (vinyl crackle emulation) synth engine added in Cymbal, Multi and Synth tracks.
Copy and Swap now works for single tracks in Part area on Memory page.
Have fun with this!
The step delay is a really great addition.
Makes it a lot more flexible. You can do snare flams if you have the previous note offset with a ratchet into the upbeat.
Also allows for a kind of swing per track or just overall looseness.
Dust is a great addition for Lo-fi stuff.
I don't know if it's by design but if I randomise from an init patch some of the engines don't change their types. For example, the chord sequencer always retains the synth type. It will change the parameters for the synth but not its type.
Also the Slicer always randomises the same sample.
None of these are deal breakers to be honest as I tend to get a bit more hands on with the slicer.
Edit: Just realised something. I've been randomising the part and the synth type doesn't change when randomising a part but it does when randomising a song.
Makes sense since synth type is a global setting.
