Most affordable way to upgrade my T-RackS modules to V6

That is right and it seems to be pretty good deal. Except it's IK so I expect that in some time there will be new promo like "full Pianoverse for $49" (or $29 or whatever). I've seen it so many times so now I am just wait.

I'm having some trouble getting all my v5 plugins to show as 'owned' in the new modules manager but have contacted support about it. They sent me back a mail talking about T-Racks Intro so had to message them a 2nd time.

Same issue here, they told me it's because I had Intro, but I bought the Humble edition. I responded that it's a premium T-RackS, the first tier, and they just never bothered to respond. It's been a week.

Bought them too, having some trouble getting all my pre-V4 plugins to show as 'owned' in the new modules manager but have contacted support about it. I had the exact same problem with them in V5, they had to send a custom serial number to get them to work, but it doesnt work in v6.

They replied, the day after I rasied the ticker, asking my OS, but there's been no response since, and that's been over 10 days of silence now.

I found a thread over at IKs forum, someone having a similar problem at the start of February which hadn't been resolved a month later. Might be better to contact Peter here on KVR, he helped me out with stuff before.

Yep it seemed to be the same text from their FAQ so I'm guessing it was an automated response.

That would be something, those two pianos are some of the nicest I've ever heard, I bought the bundle mainly for the T-Racks 6 upgrade so the pianos were a nice bonus, I'm glad they were included, will keep an eye out for special offers for the rest of the pianoverse collection.

Yes, same. I just got TR6 in the recent Humble bundle. On installation, it picked up most of my TR5 plugins but not Dyna-Mu, White 2A and Classik Room which I definitely own. I contacted support over a week ago but so far no resolution.

Ok thanks for the confirmation, I just checked and the T-Racks 5 version of Dyna-Mu still works and I re-installed the older custom shop app and it's listed as owned there but not in modules manager or even listed on the website. What a mess.
These are the licenses for me that won't activate in v6, the rest are fine.

Did you have T-Racks 5 Deluxe version before buying the Humble Bundle collection? The missing modules seems to be those that were present in T-Racks 5 Deluxe and that are not present in v6 standard... But is T-Racks 5 still listed on the website in your account? Or do you see only T-Racks 6 now?

Thanks for the input, I have both T-Racks 6 and 5 in my account, I don't think that I owned deluxe as a collection but picked up singles here and there over the years. But I see what you mean, that could be the reason they are not showing, it's hard to know exactly.

That's mostly the same set as for me, but White 2A is fine, White Channel and VC-670 are locked out. The v5 versions (which are all installed as VST2) are all working.

FWIW, I got a response from IK on my ticket.

"Our team is aware of this behaviour and is working to find a fix."

The Deluxe tier was the full basic version of T-Racks 5, the equivalent of the present plain 6, but they decided not to include the same modules.
So you had spares modules with the CS version, right? In that case you should see their serials in your account, if they don't appear there's surely some bug...

I just clicked 'restore purchases' in Custom Shop again and now White 2A is working fine in T-Racks 6, maybe give that a try and see if it activates something, the rest are the same for me however.

I have all those yes and many others too.
I recently noticed in the product manager the little 'processors' tab under T-Racks 5, I can see that not all my plugins are listed there either, in fact only 27 out of a total of 48 are listed.
Confusing mess. I need to go lie down now.
