On this website are many impulses and many version. there are quad impulses and files that are named xxxxx L.wav , xxxxx R.wav ,xxxxx M-S
the quad impulses are a single wav. So which setting is need to get best results ?

I don't really understand I'm afraid. Please explain what you have (actual file names) and what you want to do with them.

the quad impulse are a wav that contain 4 channels. what setting is then the right. on all it sound diffrent. parameter is called topology . there can set Direct LLRR LRLR LRRL RLLR
the other are 3 diffrent wav files. i can either choose room R.wav or room L.wav . maybe you can try yourself this impulses(it is free donwload and donationware) so you can see

To get true stereo you need four IRs, either as a quad file or two stereo files. Samplicity makes available the L and R files for use in apps that don't load quad files (the L and R files are each a stereo file). MConvolutionMB can do it either way. You can just load a quad file, OR you could load a L file, then MConvolutionMB will automatically load the paired R file if named appropriately (hover over the file browser then press F1 to read about that). But all you need to do really with the Samplicity stuff is load a quad file.
The explanation of the topologies in the info is hard to grasp but after much head scratching my understanding is this:
A quad file amounts to the same thing as two stereo files. Let's call them A and B. Your left input is processed with A, your right input is processed with B.
A has a left and right..call them IR-1 and IR-2.
B has a left and right..call them IR-3 and IR-4.
Bear in mind that after the convolution process we end up with just a stereo output.
The topologies LLRR etc tell us where the IR processing ends up in the output (left or right).
E.G. LRLR indicates IR-1 processing goes L, IR-2 processing goes R, IR-3 processing goes L, IR-4 processing goes R.
I don't think any topology is 'the right one'...they sound different..just a choice.

I loaded the same quad file into the A and B slots of MConvolutionMB and set the ratio to 50/50. Under Advanced in both A and B, I used True Stereo LLRR, disabled Normalization, and unchecked Supply missing channels.
here's the preset
I also did one for the stereo which uses the Direct topology:
I don't know if this is right or not. However, when using quad mode, any signal that's hard panned will create reverb in both channel outputs due to the crossfeed. In stereo mode, anything panned to one side will be dead reverb wise on the other side.
here's the preset
